DESCRIPTION: Dainty pink bird- and butterfly-attracting flowers on a compact shrub. After flowering, red fruit like miniature apples appears, very high in vitamin C and antioxidants.
USES: Grow for the nutritious fruit; hedging,feature shrub, bonsai and potted plant.
PLANTING: Plant in well draining well mulched soil in full sun to part shade. Needs it tropical to subtropical, definitely frost-free.
CARE: A light clip and slow-release fertiliser once a year will keep it looking good.
